Termination of a membership does not automatically terminate existing payment agreements, subscriptions, or recurring payments. These must be cancelled separately by the user.

EventAgent24 is entitled to use external payment service providers for payment processing.
Purchased Coins or account credit are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
Coins may only be used for services offered on the platform.
Cash payment or reimbursement of purchased Coins or account credit is excluded unless mandatory statutory provisions require otherwise.
Membership may be terminated by either party at any time without stating reasons.
The right to extraordinary termination for good cause remains unaffected.
Payment claims that have already arisen remain unaffected by termination.
EventAgent24 shall be liable without limitation in cases of intent, gross negligence, and damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of ordinary negligence, EventAgent24 shall only be liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and only for foreseeable damages typical for the contract.
